YORK, Pa. – A jury convicted Kareem Lamar Todd of 3rd degree murder in the 2013 shooting death of a York City man. Todd, of Philadelphia was acquitted of first degree murder by the same jury. The jury deliberated about 90 minutes before it returned with its verdicts late Thursday afternoon.
Prosecutors say Todd shot Jazz Beady following an argument over drugs. Sentencing for Todd is scheduled for January 13th.
