CAMP HILL, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA. -- The holiday season was in full swing on Saturday at the Capital City Mall near Harrisburg.

Guests enjoyed photos with Mr. and Mrs. Claus. They also sang along with their favorite holiday songs and got their face painted like one of Santa's elves. It was all part of Santa Fest.

The mall's marketing director says one of the main reasons they hold the event is for the kids. "It's really special for us," Heather Ernst said.  "It's something to bring the community together. A lot of people are already Christmas shopping and have been for a while. It's just something fun, free, and they really enjoy it."

Guests who brought a donation to benefit the Salvation Army received a free gift.
