LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – Police identify the pedestrian in a fatal hit and run in Lancaster County early Monday morning as 24 year old Vince Nalencz, of Media, Delaware County. Nalencz was struck and killed in front of 2518 Willow Street Pike North, West Lampeter Township. It happened at about 5:20 a.m.
Nalencz was an employee with Eagle Disposal and was working at the time of the incident. A vehicle, believed to be a Ford or Mercury SUV, was traveling north bound and did not stop after striking Nalencz. He was transported to Lancaster General Hospital and was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
