YORK, Pa.-- While Thanksgiving is all about the food, you need the perfect drink to wash it all down.
Today on FOX43 Morning News, Nichole Biggus from Fine Wine & Good Spirits is coming to the FOX43 Kitchen to show us the best drink pairings you can have with your Thanksgiving meal. She will also be making a Hot Apple Pie drink that could charm your guests.
Below is the recipe for the Hot Apple Pie drink:
Ingredients:
1 oz Licor 43
3 oz apple juice
1 cinnamon stick
Whipped cream
Ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Heat apple juice with the cinnamon stick. Add Licor 43 and remove from heat. Remove cinnamon stick and pour warm mixture into a heat-safe mug. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
