YORK, Pa.– Thanks to the General Authority and the City of York, there will be free parking in York City on Black Friday (November 25) and Small Business Saturday (November 26).
The General Authority and City of York would like to encourage all York Countians to support local this holiday season and hope the added incentive of free parking will encourage shoppers to visit Downtown York for their shopping needs.
