EPHRATA, Pa. – Brandon Lee Sweigart, Jr., wanted by the Ephrata Police Department on burglary charges, was taken into custody without incident Wednesday morning in Lebanon County.

The 25 year old suspect turned over to Ephrata Police on four outstanding criminal warrants for Burglary, Theft and Access Device charges.

Following arraignment Sweigart was sent to Lancaster County Prison after failing to post $125,000 bail.
