LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Manheim Borough man is a fugitive after failing to appear Wednesday for arraignment on a felony count of Access Device Fraud.

Brandon A. Polynone, 31, of Gish Road, is charged with using a fuel card from a former employer for personal purchases at numerous gas stations in Lancaster and Berks counties over the past few months.

Latshaw Brothers Concrete, located in Denver, reported the unauthorized uses of the card, which totaled $1,457.

Police obtained surveillance videos from area gas stations where the card was used. Latshaw Brothers staff identified the person in the videos as Polynone, a former employee who worked for the company until August 24.

Polynone admitted to police to using the card. Detective Keith Neff then charged Polynone with felony access device fraud. When he failed to appear for arraignment at District Judge Nancy Hamill’s court, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact East Cocalico Township police at (717) 336-1725.
