Dry Sunday, wet week ahead
STAYING DRY SUNDAY: More sunshine breaks through for Sunday, but temperatures don’t rise very far. Lows near 30 before rising to right around 50 area wide. Winds will remain light out of the west, 5-10mph.
WAVES OF RAIN: Thanks to ample moisture and a slow-moving low pressure system, we’ll have multiple rain chances starting Monday night into Tuesday morning and continuing for Wednesday afternoon and into the early morning hours of Thursday. Moderate to heavy rain may cause some problems in easily-flooded areas, but overall it will be much-needed rainfall for Central PA.
TEMPERATURES RISE TOO: With the rain, temperatures will rise near 60 again headed towards midweek. The mild conditions won’t last long. As soon as the rain is out of here, so are the warmer conditions. Mostly sunny skies but highs in the upper 40s heading into next weekend.
Have a great one!
