HARRISBURG, PA. -- A yearly tradition continued on Saturday for Howard Tire and Auto in Harrisburg. The owner organized a huge event to feed homeless people in the city.

Howard Tire and Auto was forced to close its doors after its warehouse was destroyed in the wall collapse along the Mulberry Street Bridge earlier this year.

The owner, Howard Henry, carried the passion to continue collecting donations to make feeding homeless people happen.

"These guys are super grateful," Henry said. "Their gratitude extends beyond words. They show it. They are hugging and loving on you and they just can't thank you enough to show up and do something like this for them."

Winter coats and other clothing items were also handed out on Saturday. Around 50 people attended the event.
