LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa.–Pennsylvania State Police are investigating after shots were fired into a barn and an occupied home in Lancaster County on Sunday evening.

Troopers responded to the 400 block of South Bridge Street in Christiana Borough around 6:47 p.m. after someone fired a shot through a barn window.

While on scene investigating–troopers received information that a second shot was fired into a nearby home located along the 100 block of Upper Valley Road in Sadsbury Township.  Authorities say someone fired a shot through the front window pane of the home while a 61-year-old woman was inside.

Troopers found no spent rounds or empty shells at either location.
