INCREASING CLOUDS: It’s back to work for many, and it’s a cold start across the region. Temperatures are in the lower to middle 20s under mostly clear skies. Winds are light as well. After a rather sunny start, clouds are expected to increase quickly Monday ahead of our next system. It’s milder than the weekend, with temperatures in the middle 40s to lower 50s. Plentiful clouds remain in place through the night. Expect overnight low temperatures to fall into the upper 30s to middle 40s. Showers are expected to arrive after midnight, and a good soaking is in store for the region.
MIDWEEK SHOWERS: Tuesday brings our next chance for showers, and it’s a much needed soaking. It’s even milder, and breezy too, with readings in the middle to upper 50s. Wednesday still brings the chance for widely scattered showers as well. It’s even milder, with readings in the lower to middle 60s. Thursday looks drier and cooler. Temperatures are in the upper 40s to lower 50s under partly cloudy skies.
WEEKEND OUTLOOK: Friday remains dry with a mixture of sunshine and clouds. Temperatures are in the middle to upper 40s. We’re watching a system for the weekend, and it could bring some showers by Sunday. Plenty of clouds are expected both Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures are in the remain in the 40s both days.
