DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa – Susquehanna Township police are asking for the public’s help in finding this man. He is a suspect in a cell phone theft at a Susquehanna Township massage parlor. The man is described as a Hispanic or an African American male in his 20’s or 30’s, believed to be driving a Silver Pontiac.
