Harrisburg man arrested for 3 robberies in Lemoyne

LEMOYNE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — A Harrisburg man was arrested Wednesday after police said he was responsible for three robberies in Lemoyne since January.

Joseph C. Richwine, 55, is charged with robbery and simple assault. According to police reports, Richwine robbed Mei Jian Bodycare on the 100 block of South 3rd Street on January 29 and again on April 29.

He is also accused of robbing the Carriage House Boutique located on the 800 block of State Street on November 11.

Richwine is currently in Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 7.
