DNA match leads to arrest of Lancaster man on burglary charge

LANCASTER, Pa. – A Lancaster man is arrested on a burglary warrant held by Lititz Borough Police.  Shaun Michael Stockbauer, 39, of Lancaster was arrested on Friday, December 2,  by Lancaster City Police on that warrant as well as other offenses.

Lititz Borough Police say that Stockbauer wanted for a burglary that occurred in the 200 block of South Broad Street on July 16th, 2014.  DNA obtained from blood recovered at the scene of the burglary positively matched Stockbauer’s DNA.

Stockbauer was arraigned and committed to Lancaster County prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.  He faces a preliminary hearing on Friday,  December 9th.
