Police: $1,000 reward offered in armed robbery at Grocery Outlet Bargain Market

Lancaster County, Pa — East Lampeter Township Police responded Nov. 27 to the Grocery Outlet Bargain Market, 1951 Lincoln Highway East for a reported armed robbery.

Police said a man, who concealed his identity, entered the store and presented a weapon while demanding money from a cashier. The man fled on foot, and was last seen running west from the business.

He was described as having a medium build, according to a police report.

Anyone with information on the robbery or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact East Lampeter Township Police Detective Preston Gentzler at 717-291-4676 ext. 3128. Callers may remain anonymous and do not have to give their names. Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to the robber’s arrest.
