State Trooper arrested on DUI charges

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa.– Court records show that a Pennsylvania State Trooper has been arrested on DUI charges.

Police arrested Robert Hicks in Lower Allen Township on November 12.

Records show that his blood alcohol level was double the legal driving limit at the time of his arrest.

As of this morning, Hicks is still employed by the state police. An internal investigation of the incident is already underway.

Hicks’ preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 20.
