Water service restored in Swatara Township, residents encouraged to follow water guidelines

[Update:] Water service has been restored to Swatara Township, Dauphin County customers who were affected by the water main break that occurred this morning.

SUEZ customers who experience discolored water and air in their lines should run their COLD water tap for several minutes until these issues clear. Water main breaks of this type can result in these issues.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank affected customers for their understanding.

A water main break that occurred this morning in Swatara Township has resulted in very low water pressure for customers on the following streets:

•         Jefferson

•         Nyes

•         Somerset

SUEZ crews are at the site working to make repairs, which are expected to take most of the day to complete, due to the severity of the break. We apologize to affected customers for this inconvenience.
