Man shot during robbery in Harrisburg
HARRISBURG, Pa.–A man was shot during a robbery in Harrisburg Friday evening, according to police reports.
Officers responded to North 14th and Market Streets for a reported shooting. Authorities found a man lying in the intersection with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center and underwent emergency surgery.
Police say the victim was approached by an unidentified man who demanded money. A fight broke out between them and the victim was shot.
