LANCASTER, Pa. – City police charge a 48 year old woman in the December 5th armed robbery of the A&M Grocery store at 45 New Dorwart Street. The suspect walked into the store at about 10 a.m., asked a question of the store clerk and then pulled out a handgun and demanded cash.
Police credit video surveillance from the store and several tips from the public in helping to identify Justina Pena. At about 2:00 p.m. Friday afternoon, Pena was located inside an apartment in the 400 block of E. King Street. She was taken into custody without incident.
Pena was charged with Robbery and is being held at Lancaster County Prison on a detainer from Berks County.
