LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – All four lanes of Route 222 near East Church Street in East Cocalico Township are shutdown following a head on collision.
It happen at about 1:33 p.m. The accident involved two vehicles with entrapment. Four people were rushed to a local hospital.
