Eric Frein is in the hospital, causing his trial to be delayed, WNEP is reporting.

Frein, who is on trial for killing one officer and injuring another in 2014, was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono.

According to reports, Frein is in the hospital recovering from a fall while he was brushing his teeth.

There is no word on his condition.

The Pike County D.A. has indicated that the trial will resume at 1:30 p.m. Thursday.

At this time trial, in Commonwealth v Eric Frein is expected to resume at 1:30 this afternoon.
