UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa –A Harrisburg man was arrested Saturday and charged in connection with a shooting at an apartment complex in Cumberland County, according to Upper Allen Township Police.

Brian P. Johnson, 32, is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, burglary, terroristic threats, criminal trespass, discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure and recklessly endangering another person.

Officers responded to the Geneva Greens Apartments located along the 500 block of Geneva Drive in Upper Allen Township around 2:11 a.m. for a reported disturbance. As investigators arrived at the scene, shots rang out. Police say Johnson was involved in a fight with several people before he shot a man. The victim was taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center for treatment and is listed in stable condition. Officers recovered a gun and a replica gun at the scene.  Johnson was arrested and taken to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 17.
