Dauphin County barbershops offering reading opportunities to young customers

STEELTON, Pa. --  Barbers in Dauphin County are using their workplaces as learning centers for young customers. With the help of a $35,000 local share gaming grant, 10 shop owners are setting up libraries to help customers hone their reading skills.
