JUNIATA COUNTY, Pa.– UPDATE: It has been confirmed that two people are dead as a result of the 2-alarm fire in Juniata County.

PREVIOUSLY: Dispatch has confirmed that the coroner has been called to the scene of a 2-alarm fire in Mifflin Borough.

The fire broke out in the first block of Tuscorora St around 8 a.m.

It is unclear the extent of damage or how many are affected by this fire at this time.

An investigation into the fire is still ongoing.
