HARRISBURG, Pa. -- Police in Harrisburg say a man is in serious condition after he was shot once in the stomach. It happened around 4:30 in the afternoon between Market and Zarker streets. The victim was taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center. Right now, there is no word on any arrests.
