CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — A man was arrested Saturday after he allegedly fired a gun toward a woman during an argument.
The police report says the victim was not struck. She then fled the Dickinson Township residence and contacted Pennsylvania State Police.
Ricky Bupp Jr., 38, was arrested at the scene. He faces multiple criminal charges, according to the report.
