YORK COUNTY, Pa.-- There are a number of stretches that can easily be done before you start your workout.

Today on FOX43 Morning News, Mindy Quesenberry from MyFitnessQuest will be demonstrating three stretches you can complete while standing, three stretches you can complete while sitting, and three stretches you can complete while lying down.
