YORK COUNTY, Pa.– A woman has died and another person was injured as a result of a Sunday night Crash.
Ambre Rheinhardt, 41, died as a result of the crash.
A single vehicle crash occurred around 7:15 p.m. Sunday, in the area of Blooming Grove Road and Glenville Road in Codorus Township.
Rheinhardt was not wearing a seat belt during the crash and died at the scene.
An autopsy will be performed early this week and the woman will be identified after her family is notified.
Another person who survived the crash was taken to an area hospital but there is no word on their condition.
Police are investigating the crash.
PREVIOUSLY: Emergency crews spent hours on the scene of a deadly car crash in York County Sunday night.
It happened around 7:15 p.m. on Blooming Grove Road near Glenville Road in Codorus Township. Officials at the scene tell FOX43 one person died at the scene and another was flown to the hospital.
As of 10:45 p.m., crews were still at the scene and the road remained closed.
State Police are not releasing any other information, but expect a press release to be issued on Monday.
