Police attempting to identify retail theft suspect in West Manchester Township

YORK COUNTY, Pa.– Police are seeking assistance in identifying a retail theft suspect.

On October 11 at approximately 7:00 p.m. and October 12 at approximately 8:00 p.m., retail thefts occurred at the Target store in the 2200 block of York Crossing Drive in West Manchester Township.

Police are attempting to identify the subject in the above photos.
