CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — An investigation into theft from a vehicle and unauthorized transactions on a credit card leads to charges against an 18-year-old Tower City man.
The theft occurred on October 8 in Enola.
Charges were filed against James Branoff II, of Tower City, on November 15th.
He is charged with theft from motor vehicle and theft by deception.
