DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa.– UPDATE (12:20 p.m.): Hershey Outlets have been cleared by the fire department. All stores, besides Aeropastale, are now open. Aeropastale will remain closed until the heating system has been fixed.
UPDATE(11:52 a.m.): The source of the CO has been isolated, and ventilation is ongoing, according to Hershey Fire Department. Adjoining stores are beginning to re-open.
UPDATE (11:27 a.m.): High levels of carbon monoxide were found in the stores, and the fire department is still ventilating the outlets.
PREVIOUSLY: Several stores at the Hershey Outlets were evacuated due to an odor of gas.
The Hershey Fire Department is investigating the situation and evacuated several stores as a precaution.
UGI is on the way to the scene as well.
