FRANKLIN COUNTY -- Preparations are underway for the 16th annual IceFest in Chambersburg.
The event, which kicks off Thursday, features more than 80 ice sculptures that will be on display throughout downtown.
It also offers dozens of activities, including a polar dunk plunge, a chili cook-off and the chance to watch ice carvers work on their masterpieces.
