LANCASTER, Pa. — Lancaster police have arrested a man who they say called 911 after shooting a 26 year-old Lancaster man on Saturday night.

Police say they were called to the first block of Farnum Street for reports of a reported shooting just after 8:00 p.m. on Saturday. Officers found 26 year-old  Adan Sepulveda on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso and head.

He was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Through investigation, police learned that Sepulveda had a confrontation shortly before the shooting with 28 year-old Raymond Brown Jr., of Lancaster.

According to police, Brown called 911 and confessed that he had shot the victim, and remained on scene when police arrived.

Brown was interviewed by detectives, and ultimately arrested and charged with criminal homicide.
