March is Women's History Month, and Hill-Evans spoke with FOX43 Morning News anchor Matt Maisel about the current state of female legislators in Pennsylvania's General Assembly. According to the Rutgers Center For American Women and Politics, Pennsylvania ranks 39th in the proportion of women in state legislatures. Pennsylvania has 41 women in the state House, and seven state Senators. The 48 women encompass 19-percent of commonwealth's general assembly.
