Police in York County investigating after house is shot; occupants not hurt

SPRINGETTSBURY TOWNSHIP, York County, Pa.– Police in York County are investigating, after gunshots were fired into an occupied home.

Springettsbury Township Police say it happened just before 4:30 Saturday morning at a home on the 200-block of Lynbrook Drive North. Several people were inside the house when the shots rang out; they were not hurt.

Police say, at this point it appears a high-powered assault-style rifle was used to fire multiple rounds at the home.
