Seven people displaced after apartment building fire in Carlisle

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa.– Seven people have been displaced after an apartment building fire.

Emergency personnel responded to an apartment building in the first block of Carter Place in Carlisle around 3:45 a.m.

The building reportedly has eight apartments, and four units were affected.

The Red Cross is on the scene to help those displaced.
