More details have emerged in the Worley & Obetz bankruptcy case. Fulton Bank representatives have accused the former CEO of the Manheim energy company of running a fraud scheme over a four year period, making off with over a million dollars. The allegations were made public Tuesday as part of a lawsuit filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Over 250 people lost their jobs where Worley & Obetz folded in June. Multiple graves from the late 1700s to the mid 1800s are being relocated as part of the Yorktowne Hotel renovation project.
