More details have emerged in the Worley & Obetz bankruptcy case. Fulton Bank representatives have accused the former CEO of the Manheim energy company of running a fraud scheme over a four year period, making off with over a million dollars. The allegations were made public Tuesday as part of a lawsuit filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Over 250 people lost their jobs where Worley & Obetz folded in June. Multiple graves from the late 1700s to the mid 1800s are being relocated as part of the Yorktowne Hotel renovation project. The abandoned cemetery was part of vacant church property that is being incorporated into the York County hotel’s facility.
