WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, YORK COUNTY, Pa.--  In York County water levels are still high in a few areas. One of those, Rout 616 in West Manchester Township. The road between York Salem Road and Route 30 looks more like a boat ramp then a road.

It was heavily flooded during last week's storms, but appears slowly lowering. Some people around the area believe it could take another week before we see the road again.
