LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa — UPDATE: Route southbound is now open!

UPDATE: Route 222 Northbound is now open. Southbound is still closed, but motorists can travel from the Oregon Pike interchange.
The Southbound lanes will be affected for several more hours.
PREVIOUSLY REPORTED:
Route 222 is shut down due to flooding.
According to Manheim Township Police, Route 222 is closed in both directions due the Cocalico Creek flooding.
Northbound is closed starting at Route 30 and Southbound traffic must get off at Brownstown.
Police ask that motorists avoid the area.
