Coming up today on FOX43 News First at Four, we’ll bring you to an event that recognizes the service of York’s fire and rescue community. In addition to the annual awards program, at this year’s ceremony the Department of Fire and Rescue Services will retire the badges of Ivan Flanscha and Zach Anthony. The two men were killed in the line of duty in March when a fire-damaged building collapsed.

Today on FOX43 News First at Four we’ll have a heartwarming story for you about a former neonatal intensive care patient who is now working in the very NICU program that helped care for her. College student Tiffany Seibert is currently interning at Hershey Medical Center and will meet with the doctor that oversaw her care when she was born in 1997. We’ll talk with her about this inspiring career choice today First at Four.
