The crowd at Horn Field saw stout defense and an offensive outburst in Red Lion's 48-14 win over Waynesboro.

The Lions defense roared, holding Waynesboro to negative-16 yards in the first half.

On the offensive side of the football, Randy Fizer zigzagged his way into the end zone from 28 yards out in the opening quarter after hauling in a pass from quarterback Zach Mentzer -- giving Red Lion a 17-0 advantage.

Elijia Workinger, "Big E," made two field goals on the day, one from 49 yards out -- a top-play nominee -- and another from 41 yards.

That's not all he did though, as Workinger made a one-handed scoring grab.
