Ephrata, Lancaster County - Ephrata has taken the field in 52 straight games and they have come away with zero wins.  It has been more than five seasons since they last tasted a victory.  Well Saturday was a huge day at War Memorial Stadium.  Against Northern Lebanon right from the get-go, Ephrata came out firing.

Already up a score in the second quarter, quarterback Caden Keefer rolled out and lofted it up high and found his man Brock Boyer for a 16 yard touchdown.

Keefer kept it going, hitting Sam Knowles,  who did a fantastic job to gets his toes down for big completion down the sideline. two plays later Keefer, took it 15-yards for the score to make it 19-0.

The Mounts continued to pour it on. Keefer threw for two scores and hit Tucker Parmer  on drag route. Parmer would not be denied making moves down the sideline, he goes 30 yards diving for that pylon. That gets the student section jacked up; wearing helmets for safety in the ensuing madness.

In the second half, first play, Keefer--he ran for 162 yards and three scores--goes 70-yards up the gut. That's a play of the week nominee.

The celebration is on and the final score is 61-14. The Mounts snap their 52-game losing streak.
