HARRISBURG, Dauphin County, Pa. -- Cumberland Valley continued its tough start to the season this Friday, as they traveled to Harrisburg to take on Central Dauphin at Harrisburg Friday night.
For Cumberland Valley, the front end of their schedule has been brutal, with games against Bishop McDevitt, Central York and Coatesville. They were 0-3 to begin the season.
With Central Dauphin leading 24-7 in the third quarter, Central Dauphin's Timmy Smith capped off a drive to extend the lead. Central Dauphin would add a field goal before the game was over.
Central Dauphin came away with the 37-7 win at Landis Field.
