Today on FOX43 News First at Four, we’ll introduce you to Patricia Keller of York, the daughter of a Korean War veteran. Today Patricia has received multiple service awards on behalf of her father, Corporal Edwin L. Mitchell. Corporal Mitchell died during the conflict at the age of 18. The list of honors and awards includes the Purple Heart and Prisoner of War Medal. You’ll hear their story coming up First at Four.
Also, we’re heading to the Solanco Fair in Quarryville! This fair kicks off today and runs through Friday, offering agricultural and cooking competitions, crafts and food. There will also be a street parade tonight at 6:00pm. We’ll give you a fun preview of this Lancaster County tradition today First at Four!
