Today on FOX43 News First at Four, we’ll take you to a conference that’s pushing for legislative changes to allow past victims of sexual assault to pursue justice. The meeting is hosted by State Rep. Mark Rozzi and comes after the shocking results of a two year grand jury investigation into six Pennsylvania dioceses of the Catholic Church, uncovering widespread sexual abuse cases. One of Rozzi’s requests is for a window of time to allow victims who have aged out of the statute of limitations a chance to bring claims to court.
