HSFF 2018 week 7 Bishop McDevitt at Lower Dauphin highlights

HERSHEY, Dauphin County, Pa. -- It was a Mid-Penn showdown between Bishop McDevitt and Lower Daupin at Hershey Park Stadium Friday night.

In the first quarter, Bishop McDevitt defensive back Ben Marsico picked off a pass, and the offense did its part to make good on the turnover.

In fact, on the very next play, from the 4-yard line, Bishop McDevitt quarterback Chase Diehl went downfield to wide receiver Nazir Burnett, who ran it all the way to the endzone. The catch and score sent Burnett over 1,000 receiving yards for the year.

Bishop McDevitt wasn't done scoring the first quarter. On first and 10 from the 37-yard line, McDevitt quarterback Chase Diehl handed it off to runningĀ  back C.J. Reyes-Diggs, who went all the whole way across the field to add another six points to the board.

Bishop McDevitt easily overcomes Lower Dauphin, with the final score at 56-7.
