HSFF 2018 week 10 Central Dauphin at Central Dauphin East highlights

HARRISBURG, Dauphin County, Pa. -- A big rivalry game between Central Dauphin and Central Dauphin East took place in Harrisburg Friday night.

The rivalry is one of the better ones each year, as Central Dauphin and Central Dauphin East are in the same school district and share the same home field.

Their were a lot of things on the line in this game. The Rams can look ahead to next week and the postseason, a final game victory over Central Dauphin would be a sweet way to end the season for the Panthers.

Central Dauphin East picked up some nice yards in the air. Stephon Brown took a quick screen and managed to get a few yards, moving the ball downfield for Central Dauphin East.  However, the drive was stalled when Central Dauphin managed to sack quarterback Shawn Brown.

While the Rams didn't need much offense in the game, Adam Burkhart's run extended Central Dauphin's lead. He broke free from would-be tacklers and ran all the way to the endzone for the score.

Central Dauphin won convincingly and will head into the playoffs on a high note. They won, 37-12.

Central Dauphin: 37

Central Dauphin East: 12
