CARLISLE, Cumberland County, Pa. -- It was senior night as Chambersburg went to Carlisle for a Friday night showdown.
Chambersburg went ahead early, thanks to some offense created by the defense. Tanner Hunt picked off a pass for the Trojans and took it back all the way to the endzone.
Carlisle managed to make some history in this game. Senior Caleb Richwine boots a field goal try over the crossbar from 49-yards away for the longest field goal ever for Carlisle.
The Trojans won the game in dramatic fashion down the stretch, and the final was 26-20.
