WAYNESBORO, Franklin County, Pa. -- Solanco went to Waynesboro for a football showdown on Friday.
Solanco jumped out in front early in this game, and they never looked back. Nicholas Yanutz ran it straight up the gut for the Mules, giving them the early lead.
Solanco helped maintain its early lead throughout the game with some stellar defens. Sam Buckwalter jumped in front of an Indians pass attempt for the interception for Solanco.
And Solanco cashed in on the turnover as well. Joel McGwire kept the ball as he ran into the endzone for the score.
The Golden Mules won big-time on Friday, with a score of 49-0 at Waynesboro.
Solanco now goes to Cocalico next week.
