On FOX43 News At Ten: New data shows more drivers are putting kids lives at risks at bus stops across the state.

In the past week alone, five kids were killed while going to or from school — one student was from Pennsylvania.

The consequence for driving past a school bus when the “STOP” arm is down: $250 fine, five points on your license and a suspension. But officials have a message — the cost of injuring or killing a child is much worse.

There’s also a new law which would help school district identify and catch drivers speeding by school buses.
